Dennis Vermeulen, CEO House of Companies, in the news on offshore company formation

Today, the two participating Dutch newspapers Trouw and Financieele Dagblad announced Dutch names: footballer Clarence Seedorf, members of the Van der Vorm family of entrepreneurs, but also many SMEs use tax havens. At least two hundred offshore companies can be linked to Dutch people via Mossack Fonseca documents.

They are mainly located in Panama and the British Virgin Islands, but also in the Seychelles, Samoa or the Bahamas.

In principle this is not illegal, but the anonymity of tax havens makes them suitable for illegal practices such as tax evasion and bribery. How easy or difficult is it to set up such an offshore company? We (Eenvandaag) spoke to Dennis Vermeulen, manager of INCO Business Group. INCO helps companies gain a foothold in the Netherlands and Vermeulen specializes in tax structures.

INCO Business Group offered (after the sale to Bolder Group, it continued as Bolder Launch) specialized solutions for SMEs, simplifying the process and reducing costs associated with establishing a company in the Netherlands [3]. Vermeulen's commitment to challenging misconceptions about high costs and bureaucratic procedures has contributed to making the Netherlands an attractive and convenient business location for SMEs [3].

The Netherlands provides a tax-friendly environment, with incentives such as corporate income tax exemptions and tax deductions for innovative activities [3]. Vermeulen's expertise in tax structures and his role as the CEO of INCO Business Group positions him as a reliable resource for companies seeking to navigate the complexities of international tax regulations.

Offshore Company Formation

While the process of setting up offshore companies is not illegal in itself, the anonymity of tax havens can make them susceptible to illegal practices such as tax evasion and bribery [3].

By leveraging Vermeulen's expertise and the specialized solutions offered by INCO Business Group, companies can effectively navigate the legal and tax implications of setting up offshore entities, ensuring compliance with international regulations while maximizing their global business endeavors.
