Change the address of my Dutch company
How to change the address of my Dutch Company
You can easily report a change of address and changes to the following contact details via the web form of the Chamber of Commerce.
It will require you to send the signed form by mail, including a copy of the rental agreement (or ownership deed) of the new office location. If you do not have a lease, then a signed permission from the owner or main tenant of the property / house is also sufficient (including a copy of the owner's or main tenant's ID to verify the signature).
You must report the change of address within a week. Even if more than a week has passed, you still have to report the change of address. Failure to do so could have consequences for your company's liability, for example. Your change of address will only apply once it has been entered in the Trade Register. You cannot rely on it earlier.
Do I also need to report a change to my private address?
If your private address changes, you must notify the municipality. The municipality only receives the address changes from private addresses in the Netherlands from the Chamber of Commerce.
